Attitude - Be a great teammate. Play for the name on the front of the jersey not the back. Make others around you better. Don't let anyone outwork you. There are no days off on the road to greatness.
Aggressiveness - Be fearless. Practice perfection. Attempt the impossible - no ball is uncatchable, no throw too difficult to make, no fence far enough to hold your hits. Practice and play to impress - whether anyone is watching or not.
Athleticism - Physical preparation is the foundation for great athletic achievement. To perform greatly, one must be relaxed. To be relaxed, one must be confident. To be confident, one must be physically prepared. To be physically prepared, one must take small, incremental steps.
Aptitude - Aptitude is your capacity to learn, to make adjustments and retain information.
